Our new Teen Yoga 5 week course is from 12ys+ and will create a space for teens to feel relaxed and calm. We work with yoga poses and breath work to help reduce the day to day stresses and pressures. This will help create greater peace of mind and connection to themselves. The yoga poses will help with strength, flexibility and coordination, alongside breathing techniques to aid stress relief and self calming.
