Children will learn how wool and flax were made into every day clothing. Work the processes of carding wool to breaking the flax. While you are at it, learn the lucet. The lucet, a horn-shaped tool often made from wood, dates back to the Viking era. Lucets were in common use throughout the 17th century.

Class is designed for children ages 8-14.
