Yoga: A different way of being

Tuesday 6pm to 7.15pm Ten week term 1st May to 3rd July - new students welcome any time.

Nourish yourself on every level with gently progressive Gita style yoga

75 minutes of stretching, postures and relaxation to soothe and balance all of your bodily systems.

A holistic approach to health and wellbeing that helps to develop:

- More energy and vitality
- A quieter mind
- Stress release
- Improved immune system response
- Increased strength and flexibility
- The confidence to live and speak your own truth

Beginners welcome. No equipment necessary.

CLASSES: Tuesdays at 12.30pm and 6pm or Thursdays at 9.15am, beginning February 2018
