As a part of our 2018 Whole Health Initiative Holcomb Counseling & Yoga will be offering regular Faith based yoga classes. Check our schedule of classes for other offerings of Soul Flow.

Join us in a Christ centered practice of yoga; an opportunity to regularly encounter the Spirit of God. Classes will be opened with a prayer and/or the reading of Scripture. You will be led through a mindful yoga flow that meets your busy mind where it’s at and brings it to an inner stillness. A regular practice in this nurturing atmosphere will enable you to Live a Spirit led life. All faiths and denominations welcome!

Lacey Holcomb's Yoga Story:
Since I began my career as a therapist in 2006, I have been deeply passionate about it; I believe in the power of restoration through talk. Even so, sometimes there are no words.

In June of 2012, my father’s life was tragically taken by another man. After this loss, I felt I personally needed something more. That’s when I discovered the therapeutic nature of yoga and the power behind a simple practice of silence. These vehicles of healing haven’t changed the things that have happened in my life, but they have helped me learn to metabolize an array of complex emotions. Furthermore they have helped me to realize the amazing human capacity (with the help of the Holy Spirt) to accept life as it is; to understand at a visceral level, that life is larger than anything anyone can comprehend or express in words.

This first encounter with the Spirit of God during a time of suffering started my journey from atheist to spiritual to Christian.

In January of 2013, I made the decision to pursue yoga teacher training. I was determined to somehow share this therapeutic tool with others.

I founded Holcomb Counseling & Yoga in September of 2015. The God given vision was to create a space for people to gather, to heal, and to grow.
