Yoga Flow w/ Shea Davidson

A flowing style yoga class, based on mindful movements and linking movement with breath. A rejuvenating flow infused with sun salutations, standing and seated postures. All Stages of the postures are explained to ensure you develop a safe practice right from the start. Great for those new to yoga or seasoned practitioners.
Shea's yoga story:
Shea is a wandering yogi bookworm. She's known to sing in sanskrit, keep her nose in a book, and always have a cup of tea in hand.
Yoga first came to Shea in her early teens, but it wasn't until a few years later that she really became dedicated to her practice. At first it helped to calm her restless mind, and soon it became an integral part of her self-care. Yoga has opened the door to a deep-dive inward, allowing her to better understand herself and the world around her. Shea believes in the healing power of yoga and that it can be a powerful asset in addiction recovery and other mental health issues.
Shea received her 200hr yoga teacher training through Sukha Yoga Austin. Through teaching, she hopes to share this experience, help others begin the practice of loving themselves, and facilitate a greater awareness of her students' own inner power.
