CUE Business Solutions is offering a series of workshops, accelerator programmes and LaunchPads through the Coventry and Warwickshire Business Support Programme, the activity is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund but free to you.

What we’ll cover:
Financial planning –using interactive tools to allow you to create your own versions of:
Profit and Loss forecasting
Operational budgets and balance sheets
Cash flow forecasting
Here we investigate the 3 different pricing methods and use practical exercises to ensure you can create a minimum worth selling at price for your product or service and understand the prices of your competitors
We’ll look at the key areas of keeping the books for a small business including:
What records to keep and for how long
Setting up and maintaining your books
Issues of tax for self-employed, partnerships and limited companies
What you’ll take away:
a draft cash flow forecast, profit and loss forecast and sales forecast
personal survival budget
Please note - the workshop is interactive and you will need to participate in exercises to get the most out of the session.
You will be contacted by our business adviser to establish eligibility for the programme and to ensure this workshop offers you the best fit for your needs.
If accepted into the programme you will be asked to arrive promptly at 8.15 for an 8.30am start. We aim to finish at 4.00pm. Refreshments and lunch are provided.
