Her advice is based on extensive research and years of experience in helping people turn their lives around through the power of nutrition, so at a time when we are bombarded with conflicting messages about what we should eat, her voice is one we can trust.

This talk is based on the title of Jane's latest book 'Vital Nutrition: How to eat for optimum health, happiness and energy' and Jane will be available to sign copies of the book at the end of her talk.

Tickets cost £20 pp or £30 for two and a cookery demonstration and taste of Jane's delicious food is included.
