This dynamic workout will incorporate full body exercises to improve your endurance and strength. Modifications for all levels of fitness will be provided, and you'll be encouraged to move at your own pace while being motivated by upbeat music and your instructor. The end of our workout will involve 15 minutes of yoga and relaxation. Bring a mat if you have one, though we do have complementary mats available.

About the Instructor:
Necia is the owner/lead instructor at Pop-Up Fitness, which she founded in 2016 to create an encouraging community that embraces an active lifestyle. Necia is also a certified health coach and coaches clients one on one, in groups, and through a new program she and her husband co-created called 30 Days of Awesome. Necia also leads food and nutrition workshops. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
