RED HIPPO
Red Hippo is Peadar Long, Daz Jones and Simon Chantler, a stunning mix of sousaphone, Irish whistles, saxophones and strings, exploring a musical world influenced by traditional folk music with jazz influenced arrangements.
Individually, they have paid their dues in the worlds of jazz, folk, world music and ska. Together they explore a musical world influenced by traditional English, Irish and
Scandinavian folk melodies and original tunes often underpinned with “posh jazz chords”.
Bred on the fertile plains of Paeder Long's industrious imagination, sown in the warm mulch of Daz Jones' earthy bass, and garnished with a sprinkling of Simon Chantler.

"Intricate arrangements and phenomenal musicianship from these three top quality musicians gave us an unforgettable evening … a unique event. The “wow” factor was there from start to finish. If Red Hippo come anywhere near, don’t miss them." - Topic Folk Club, Bradford

LENNOX BELLOWS
Many of you may be familiar with Lennox Bellows as the former lead singer of Serotonin, Far From The Dance, Sons Of Mischief & Apache Tears. He is returning to the stage now for special solo performances showcasing his new material and sound.

"Excited to hear new offerings from this very established singer song writer" - The Eagle Manchester
"Angelic and soothing voice, a true talent" - manchesterscenewipe
