This unique mind-body approach to golf fitness will help you develop breathing awareness and visualization, while working towards improving flexibility and strength through a series of postures, core conditioning exercises and balancing techniques. Each posture will offer modifications to appeal to every skill level. Clubs will be available at the studio for your use. No prior yoga experience necessary. Regular class passes accepted.
