Running is an exhilarating and intense sport that can cause wear and tear on our bodies. A solid recovery routine is just as important as your workout. But with busy lives, spending the time to take care of yourself post run can be a challenge. This workshop is designed to give you the tools to incorporate an efficient recovery plan into your workouts to get you back out on the road with fresh legs and an injury free body. In this gentle stretching class we will learn poses to increase range of motion, improve flexibility, open and elongate muscles, and relax your mind. The class will consist of a brief warming flow accompanied by longer-held poses aimed at releasing connective tissue and common tight areas in the body. This class is sure to help you improve your flexibility so you can enjoy those miles injury free! Regular class passes accepted.
