This is a great course for people wanting to develop their pastry skills. We are very pleased to introduce a new tutor, Tom Hales, to teach you the intricacies of pastry making. On this course you will learn how to prepare and fill choux pastry, produce perfect sweet pastry for tarts (no soggy bottoms), and how to create a puff pastry suitable for both savoury and sweet fillings.

Max class size 8. All levels of ability catered for.
