Well here is your chance! Join us at HKS along with Chef Brent Hale of Big Sexy Food-ROGERS for an evening of chopping, slicing, and dicing! We will talk about basic knife skills and traditional vegetable cuts, what quality of knives to buy, different types of knives and usage of each as well as cutting boards and other useful tools. If you do have a set of your own knives, we encourage you to bring them to the class as that is what you will most comfortable with and what you will use in your own home. Extra knives will be available if needed.
