Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week course designed for new comers & experienced meditators to develop & deepen a daily mindfulness meditation practice.

Attending a free info session is the 1st (and a required) step in order to enroll in the MBSR course.

This info session is a chance for you to learn about the MBSR program and to ask any questions you might have about the course.

There is no commitment to attend the course by attending this event.

Course Fee: $325
(it's a pretty good deal if you compare to other MBSR courses in Portland & other cities)
