Hoopment: Therapeutic Applications (6 CE) on 5/12 teaches you how to use mini-hoops for both self-care and self-assessment; may be taught to your clients as a part of their self-care regimen; and may be used to assist with client assessment, to better tailor each client's session, that day.

You will also learn how to make the hoops, so that you have a starter set to practice with; and the knowledge to make more--providing your clients with low-cost tools; inventory for you to sell; and promotional items that assist with networking.

Therapeutic Applications is a prerequisite for Teaching Essentials.

Hoopment: Teaching Essentials (6 CE) on 5/13 explores the 5 stages of Hoopment with greater focus and detail; applying Hoopment body mechanics to table and chair work; as well as exploring the benefits of each level for your clients: supporting body mechanics of most careers/hobbies.

We'll also discuss the ways you may use Hoopment to support your massage business, as well as your body.

With completion of the 12 CE hours, you may promote yourself as a Hoopment Facilitator for Individuals and Groups, in addition to satisfying the State of Texas' CEU requirements. (CE1989)

Class size is limited to 8 students, with a minimum of 4.

The first 8 LMT's to respond to the invite will reserve their space (pending payment) for the May 12th & 13th classes.

This CE set will be available every 4 months.

The next CE set will begin with Hoopment for the Office, which is targeted to LMT's who primarily provide corporate chair massage; and will be scheduled in July.

Any other interested LMTs (apart from the initial 8) who respond will be added to a "class que," giving those who respond sooner priority registration for the next available class set.

Early Bird registration: $140/6 CEU or $250/CEU
or $160/$300 if paying after 4/21.
