Pilates is a mind-body core training class that strengthens & stretches the core muscles (abdominals, buttocks, back, hips, chest) while relaxing the mind! In Pilates, the breaths are just as important as the movements! Class ends with total body relaxation - Exercises can be done on the floor or in a chair.
