In today’s fast paced lifestyle its far too easy for the days to pass us by without having an opportunity to re-connect with ourselves and just take a moment to breathe.
So many of us are burnt out, feeling overwhelmed and stressed, on the edge and desperate for some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and constant information overload
‘Just Be’ is a 6 week programme of 90 minute sessions where I will incorporate my experience and approach to mindfulness so you can take time out, spend time outside in nature with the horses reflecting in a safe space.
The programme will run on the following dates, 10am – 11.30
Thursday 10th May
Thursday 17th May
Thursday 24th May
Thursday 31st May
Thursday 7th June
Thursday 14th June
Sessions are available as a drop in if you can’t commit to the full programme and if these dates aren’t suitable please do get in touch as we will be happy to run additional sessions in the evening and on weekends if there is high demand
£20 for one session or £100 if you book the full 6 weeks
