4 weeks every Saturday in April – 4/7, 4/14, 4/21 & 4/28 – 12:15 PM – 1:30 PM
This is open to all levels of fitness, modifications will be offered. You will work as individuals, partners and in teams.
Workouts will be based on a participant’s questionnaire which will be given out to all participants prior to start date.
We will discuss our fitness goals, fitness tips that worked for us, food suggestions, good eating habits as well as good workout habits.
Goals are dreams with a deadline. Set a specific and realistic time to hit them.
Commit to yourself, the only workout you’ll regret is the one you didn’t do!!!!
