Learn the fundamentals of how the spine
bends and how each body part plays a
role to create an even, therapeutic
bend. We’ll go in depth in several
postures and you will walk away with
tools, training techniques and a deeper
knowledge of yoga mechanics to take
your practice further!
Building on Saturday’s workshop, we
will examine similar mechanics
between backbends and forward folds
for maximum stability, therapeutics,
and depth. 90-minute vinyasa class
immediately following to practice each
