In preparation for the St. Jude Rock n’ Roll Nashville half and full marathon, join Spencer for a “run” down of postures, stretches, and flows to support your mobility and energy levels in the pre-, during, and post-race run. This class is for all levels ranging from casual jogger to competitive runner. You will learn stretches to help prevent injury and improve your stride and breathing. The room will be heated to help your body go deeper into stretches. We will end
class with an information segment and Q&A to touch on topics such as fueling for your race, hydration, and tips on how to best prepare you to run 13.1 or 26.2 miles. Spencer is a Registered Dietitian so bring your questions!
