Hooray for the second Deepen Your Practice Yoga day!
For those who are wondering what the fuss is all about, this day is the perfect way to explore yoga more deeply, without cramming one topic or posture into 3 hours, or having to sign up for a lengthy Teacher Training. We just want you to have a full day of yoga practices that will leave you feeling energised, refreshed, inspired and relaxed.
If you are wanting more from your daily practice, and would like to get stuck in with some great practices, this Yoga Day is for you!
Introduce you to the Yoga Day Program
Start with a full Pranayama Class and 90 minute Dharma Yoga Charging Practice with Anne Marie Gordon
Learn about the Eight Limbs of Yoga with special focus on Yama and Niyama, then be lead through a recharging Yoga Nidra session with Rebecca Leam
Approach the Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin styles in a way that suits your needs each day, tuning into the concepts of Yin and Yang with Koreen Clements
Did you attend the last Yoga Day? If so, great! Here's another chance to take your practice to the next level.
This practice day is most suitable for those with prior experience of yoga, of all fitness and ability levels. Willingness to participate is essential.
A light packed lunch will be provided and personal snacks are welcome as well. We will also stay to enjoy a catered vegan meal for our closing of the day social (optional).
