「山里」行政總厨林彰聯手兩間著名酒廠,日本佐賀縣的富久千代酒造及愛知縣的関谷醸造於3月23日至4月8日為您帶來全新的早春會席料理及清酒體驗。
富久千代酒造「鍋島」大吟釀 ,清新、帶點蜜瓜味果味及豐富鮮味(うまみ Umami) 的清酒。由「酒米之王」之稱的「山田錦」以35%精米合步釀造。於日本國內也是限量發售; 関谷醸造「空」純米大吟釀,醇厚、果甜及米香集於一身。

Yamazato brings you an exceptional culinary experience combining the expertise of Executive Chef Akira Hayashi and rare sake by Fukuchiyo Shuzo from Saga Prefecture and Sekiya Brewery Co., Ltd. from Airchi Prefecture from 23 March until 08 April.
