In this inversion workshop you will learn the basics of inversions in manageable stages. We will move through a practice of asanas (yoga postures) to warm up the body and prepare for the inversion postures to work the correct muscles, find focus, open up the joints and prepare you for a safe and easier entry into the poses.
This workshop aims to provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge for the strength and mobility required to practice inversions. You will receive hands on adjustments whilst we will work our way from headstand variations, to forearm balances into mindful handstand preparations.
