New to Yoga? Not sure where to begin? There's no need to be intimidated, we'll guide you through the basics with the utmost care and consideration. After all, we were once beginners too! In this 4 week series, you'll learn basic yoga poses focusing on alignment, how to use your breath to move your body, how to modify to your body, the benefits of a yoga practice & being in community and so much more.
*Note, we will meet for four consecutive Thursdays from 6:30 - 8 pm
