This week, it's the multi-award winning Jenny Collier, and not air-quote 'awards' in some cheeky way like you see on posters sometimes, where they say awards but in their show they talk about winning a ham at a raffle. No sir, we're talking bona fide comedy gold, such as the Laughing Horse New Act Competition and the Hobgoblin Comedy Award. Jenny is the real deal, one of the hardest working and funniest comics in the country, and she's coming to the Lazy Dog!
Jenny moved from the Welsh mountains to the Big Smoke in 2010 and has since embarked upon a career in stand up comedy. Jenny is a regular on BBC Radio Wales, with recent appearances including The Leak, and has written for The News Quiz on BBC Radio 4. She has performed in Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland and most recently in Australia where she won the Percy Award for most tickets sold in ‘The Imaginarium’, (over 1900 tickets) during the Adelaide Fringe.

Phil Cooper is a Bristol favourite, a storyteller and jokesmith with an act to grind. He's working through some new bits and it's always fun to watch this guy ramble.
Phil's show last year was a success and was made into a 1hr solo TV special for s4c so he knows what he's doing.
"Makes comedy look simple" - Fosters Comedy
Show starts right at 8. Doors at 7:30.
Hosted by Tony Chiotti, just a bundle of yuks, this guy. I mean he's really, really good, and not typing this at all.
Lineup always subject to change, but we'll give you a great show no matter what.
Followed by a lovely little open mic, taking us up to last orders.
