Leah is a Meditation Teacher and Mindfulness Coach with a former life working in business development for Microsoft and tech startups. After using meditation to overcome anxiety and burnout, she opened a wellness center in Los Angeles and moved to Ubud.
Leah has a degree in Neuropsychology and over 400-hrs of teacher trainings with Dr. Lorin Roche Ph.D, Mark Whitwell, and Steve Ross as well as deep-dives with Google’s “Search Inside Yourself” Institute. She infuses modern science with ancient wisdom tools to help you strip away years of stress and live a healthy, balanced life.
