Eirian is off hosting a retreat for the weekend so the lovely Georgia will be covering her usual Saturday morning class.
This class will focus on the development of healthy alignment combined with movement in a strong flowing sequence and the use of breath.
Regular alignment instructions are provided in addition to carefully considered adjustments to help create space and freedom in the body. Expect to move, breathe, challenge yourself and have fun.
What to expect from a class? You will be connecting breath to movement. It’s literally a moving meditation. During the class we will find strength in our bodies as we find the ease in our breath.

I’m continually inspired by yoga’s transformative power—both internally and externally, and find it to be a source of love and strength. I strive to bring a sense of fun, freedom and kindness to all my classes, and hope to impart yogic wisdom along the way. My classes are vinyasa-based (linking breath with movement) with strong emphasis on alignment and from time to time I throw in elements from other types of yoga I have studied.
