Why participate in a 30 day challenge?
It takes 21- 30 days to form a new habit, so why not make it a healthy habit of opening, strengthening, unwinding, and detoxifying the body and mind? We want to see you invest in yourself this spring and develop, or rekindle, a love and passion for yoga. All you have to do, is commit, set your intentions, practice, and soak in the benefits of this amazing experience!
Complete 30 yoga classes in 31 days. Rain or shine, you are committing to a yoga practice to improve your mental and physical health. If you have to skip one day, no problem, just double up classes on another. And since May technically has 31 days, you even get a bonus day to get that last 30th class in. If you’re looking to take your yoga practice to the next level, here’s your chance! Chart your progress on our sticker board which will be printed at both studios and keep us updated on social media with the hashtags #30daysofiamyoga and #iamyogatoronto

How to Register:
Please register at the front desk of either of our locations. You can purchase your 30 Day Challenge pass online or in the studio.
Service packages that qualify for the challenge: $99/Monthly, $109/Monthly & Yearly Membership.
Students can purchase a special 30-Day Challenge Pass for $135+HST to participate. The package will be available online (package will auto activate on May 1st 2017). Note that Groupon is not valid as a part of the 30-Day Challenge.
Tips and Tricks:
**If your home studio is the Downtown location (200 Wellington St.) we will be picking the top ten students with the highest attendance to be entered into the draw (since Iam Yoga Downtown is only open 5 days a week). We strongly encourage you to practice on weekends at our Midtown location to get your classes in!**
