In this eclectic, moderate pace yoga class, you’ll dive deeper into the “why” and “how” of yoga, so you are empowered with knowledge that can help you use yoga as a tool of transformation in your life while also finding peace in the present. The focus of this class is to break down breath and movement on the mat along with exploring different ways of ‘being’ in your practice so you can more consciously impact your state of being in your life. Participants help shape the experience based on their needs and curiosities. All levels welcome - options for individualization offered.
