Stretch, Meditate and Sleep Well - Manish
We are adding one more class as we have received some requests to do three classes a week. This extra class will be 90% the same as the Regaining Your Flexibility class, but with MEDITATION MODE ON.
We understand how difficult it is to meditate. Thus, try meditating with us while being in the postures, which is for a relatively short period of time and quite a bit easy too.
As usual, our classes are suitable for everyone, including beginners.
This class will solve the following issues:
People who want to practice with us three times a week.
People who want to practice two times a week, but cannot make it due to their busy schedules.
People who want to practice with us but sometimes cannot make it on Friday and/or Sundays.
The class will be relatively smaller than our other classes.
Meditation is known to help with sleep problems.
