Chef and Pasta Master Sergio Cinti will teach you the secrets of gluten-free pasta. In this intimate and hands-on workshop, you will learn how to use gluten-free flours, make your pasta dough, stretch it, cut it and shape it. At the end of the class, there will be a tasting of what you made. We will use a brand-new pasta machine to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and we invite you to bring your own pasta machine if you have it.
Bring an apron, a clean container and an appetite! Feel free to bring a bottle of wine.
