There will be complimentary coffee and donuts available in the dining room at 8 am. The committee chairmen will be waiting at this time with a list of jobs. Remember to wear those old clothes, and a pair of gloves.
At noon a free lunch buffet is available for all who have worked (regular lunch is not served on this day) The keg of beer will also be tapped at this time and work crews usually finish around 3 pm. We realize that not everyone is available, and that some of you are only available for a few hours one or both days. This is always a fun weekend and the club benefits GREATLY from all the hard work.
The regular encouragement of committing to the Dock Days weekend still applies, as does the “don’t you dare work on your boat that weekend” rule. And, as a reminder for the other traditional obligation, if you aren’t able to work, a contribution of $25 to the Club to offset the additional labor costs would be greatly appreciated. Please consider lending a hand!
