Come find gratitude and good company with me for a Sunday Yoga and Brunch at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Sunday April 15th. The intention of this class is to bring you to your mat with happy vibes and bring the weekend to a close the right way. Centering our intentions for the week so we can enter Monday with the right kind of motivation. Then flowing and setting reachable goals for the week.
