Join us for a one-day, 8.5 hour childbirth class that covers the essentials all families need to prepare for labour.
This is a comprehensive curriculum that covers the anatomy and physiology of birth, stages of labour, medications and interventions, the hours immediately following birth, and so much more.
You’ll find that this class is engaging, interactive, and thorough, leaving both you and your partner confident and prepared: gaining a greater understanding of the birth process, practicing strategies and techniques for comfort and coping during labour, and uncovering and demystifying fears and concerns leading up to your big day.
Fee for the class is $150, and includes the expectant mother + one support person, muffins+fruit+coffee, lunch, and a course manual to take home.
