Come spend the evening raising money to send the family of fallen SOPD Lieutenant Aaron Allan and members of the Southport Police Department to Washington D.C. for this years Police Week.
On July 27, 2017 Aaron was killed in the line of duty when he was shot and killed responding to a crash.
In 1962, President John F. Kennedy officially designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week that date falls as Police Week.
The week is meant to honor law enforcement officers who have died or been disabled in the line of duty.
This year, Aaron’s name will be called. All money raised will send his family as well as officers from Southport Police Department to attend the week.
Monte Carlo night will have Games, food, drinks and a silent auction all available to the public to help us get there.
We look forward to spending the evening with you!
