Come try out a new type of yoga! We are thrilled to host a Kundalini workshop here at IYS.
Kundalini Yoga, by definition, is a yoga practice that includes kriyas, pranayama, chanting of mantras, and ultimately, meditation. An uplifting combination of spiritual and physical practices, the purpose is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Yogis will be treated to an extended symphonic Gong Relaxation at the end. No experience necessary!
