What potential criminal issues arise when the Department of Child Services wants an interview with your family law client? What if a criminal client wishes to receive custody or parenting time, but there’s a battery charge in the presence of children pending? Or, what if a protective order is filed against a client going through a divorce?

“Controlling the chaos” in these types of situations requires much skill and careful guidance to clients. This program will address a variety of legal issues that intersect areas of both family and criminal law. The panel of speakers includes seasoned practitioners in family and criminal law, as well as a judicial officer who hears both types of cases.

This program includes 1.0 general CLE credit.
