Warm Up and Chill Out! Yin yoga is slower than "Yang" styles of (or vinyasa) yoga and teaches you to be still and let things happen in your body. This is the time to dig deep and truly unwind in ways we just don't get to in flowing-styles of classes. This is excellent for unwinding tension in the hips and lower body in particular. Staying connected to the breath is key, and the instructor will guide you through the entire experience. This is a great compliment to the more vigorous flowing practices!
