Arm balances can be empowering postures that teach us not only about our inner strength, but also about our innate ability to be playful and move past fear.
Ashley will begin this workshop with a challenging, empowering flow that will strengthen open and prepare the core and shoulders. The second half of the workshop will be an opportunity to break things down in more detail. You’ll learn the essentials to have you soaring into postures such as crow, crane, firefly, and dragonfly and more. Ashley will break down these poses in away that helps us understands the mechanic of arm balances to help you practice them with integrity and without injury.
