Join us for Dessert With Santa. Fee will be $10 PER PERSON this year. (Under the age of 2 is free). Individuals will be assigned either Shift A: 3:30pm-5pm OR Shift B: 5:30pm-7pm. NO photos with Santa by a professional photographer will be available this year. You are more than welcome to bring your camera and/or cell phone & take your own photos with Santa. We do not want you waiting in line this year, we want you to enjoy the event.
Tickets MUST BE PURCHASED in advance by: RSVP to: Teri Reece, 540-760-5705 or trreece@yahoo.com, then mailing your check payable to Blue Star Mothers of Fredericksburg to: PO Box 91, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22404. When mailing your check, you MUST confirm your name, how many adults & how many & the ages of your children & provide a telephone number & email address. You will then receipt an email confirmation that your spot is reserved and assigned your Shift to attend. NOTE: There are not chairs & tables to seat everyone in the room. The limmited tables are first come basis. There will be children activities throughout the room and desserts galore. Please bring a letter to a Service Member and give to Santa for him to deliver to the Troops. Please feel free to also bring a donation to our care packages for our Troops of perhaps the following items (bar of soap, beef jerky, pack of gum, top raman noodles). These items & your letter will be included in our June 2018 care packages to our Troops deployed. Please also note that we have unlimited desserts that are donated to us for this event. If your child has an allergy we recommend that you please bring your own "special dessert" for them. We hope to have pizza delivered, but we cannot guarantee it. We will have 1 area for desserts that do not contain nuts & our volunteers can direct you to this table.
This event usually sells out and tickets are limited to 300 each shift.
There will be raffle tickets for EACH SHIFT for specific prizes for those specific shifts only available. Raffle prizes for each shift will only be displayed during that particular shift. We will have a 30 minute break in between shifts to re-set up and open the doors promptly at 5:30pm for Shift B, so those on Shift A must depart the event promptly at 5pm.
