Learn to Meditate - freely, naturally and joyfully!
Human beings have been meditating since the beginning of time. It is instinctive in us to enjoy moments of deep connection with ourselves and the miracle of being alive. There is a timeless approach to meditation which welcomes and celebrates your individuality and uniqueness, cherishes your natural instincts and opens you up to a deeper experience of your aliveness. This approach is easy and natural – your being is wired to it and loves to do it. It doesn’t require you to “perform” to a set of rules or standards. You don’t have to sit, ignore discomfort in your body, close your eyes (unless you want to) or abandon yourself by blocking out thoughts and feelings. It is an approach in which you welcome the currents of life force energy in your being and allow them to assimilate , rather than detaching and observing yourself from a distance. Though its roots are in a timeless ancient instinct that humans have always had, it is an approach which is perfect for people with busy modern lives.
