Join me every Monday for a 5-15 minute guided meditation practice. Each week will have a different theme and focus. Take a few minutes out of your day to pause, refocus, let go and be mindful and present in the current moment. Ask questions or share some of your own tools and knowledge around meditation. Do all 8, or just a few. The choice is yours I just want to share a little piece of what has helped me along my journey.
