YOGA NIDRA is a guided meditation in which you learn to consciously relax - releasing physical tension, deeply rooted emotions, limiting thought patterns and restoring the nervous system.
The practice includes intention setting, breathing techniques, and discussion of meditation as a tool for emotional wellbeing. YN is shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and insomnia and to support stress and pain management.
