A new class coming to the studio starting Sunday 6 May with our new teacher, Amanda Donnelly.
A 75 minute flowing Vinyasa style yoga class, suitable for all levels. This class will help you build balance, strength and flexibility, enhance your sense of calm and wellbeing and set you up for the coming week.
Some cool tunes whilst you practice round off this beautiful yoga practice.
The class is on the timetable to book now and will run weekly from 6 May onwards.
