Due to popular demand we now offer an additional PREGNANCY YOGA option on Friday evenings! (The Saturday morning class continues as usual.)

Our carefully designed Prenatal yoga course will guide you safely through all stages of pregnancy. No matter if you start early or well into your third trimester, we will support you on your journey, offering a safe space to breathe, move and nurture your ever-changing body.

Based on both personal experience and ongoing research, and drawing from different yoga traditions, our classes aim to prepare you for a confident and calm birth and a smooth transition into motherhood.

3. Moving with The Breath
variations of the Sun Salutation; standing poses & lunges

4. Core Strength & Sacral Stability
toning the lower abs & pelvic floor
stabilising the SI and pubic joints

5. Preparing for Birth
relaxing with the breath
groin & hip openers; dynamic standing poses and gentle twists
introduction to sound work

6. Release & Relax
nurturing passive stretches & active relaxation

$99 for all 6 sessions
