Yoga has helped me so much in every aspect of my life and it can help you too. I have been practicing approaching 20 years now and have over 12 years teaching experience. I share a gentle flowing style of Yoga that is suitable for all levels. I offer different variations to poses so beginners are very welcome, those that have an established practice are encouraged to experience the more advanced variations. Posture work is adapted to each individual. The class format is similar although the content differs each week with some overlapping postures. We begin each session with mindfulness (tuning in and observing your body and breath) and Pranayama (breathing). Postures flow from one to the other, some with longer holds using the breath to guide you on your journey. Each session is 90 minutes so we have the time to luxuriate in a relaxation at the end. Something that I find is so beneficial , so healing for the body and mind especially in the current busy media driven life so many of us live.
