When your mind is disturbed, the whole of life is disturbed – body, sense of well-being, relationships, sleep, habits, hobbies, work, family: everything! When your mind is calm, easy and rested, it is relaxed and well-being is in good form. To celebrate World Health Day, we encourage you to attend this workshop to learn how to rest and calm your mind – learn this and you will be more effective in your life, sport, work and relationships AND you will feel life is more wonderful than you ever thought possible.
