For anyone who has ever been interested in Belly Dance, or just wants to dance, this workshop is for you! Come join professional belly dancer, Vanessa for a 90 min workshop to learn the basic moves and techniques of belly dance! We'll dive into basic isolations, learn some essential moves, then groove our way into an exciting combo putting together everything we learn! Students of all levels will benefit from exercises that improve strength, coordination and flexibility.
No experience necessary, all levels welcome.
Please wear something comfortable and bring a hip scarf if you have one!
