Join Kirsten, Friday April 27 from 7:30-8:30pm, at innerglow yoga to access the inner landscape of the body with the guided relaxation of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is practiced laying down with as much comfort as we can find with pillows, bolsters, and blankets. Systematically, we bring awareness to emotions, memories, and sensations, bearing witness to our most inner self. We will start with a discussion about yoga nidra, and what to expect during your practice. We will practice yoga nidra for 40 mins in the hour long workshop, so plan on a long period of rest. Please consider bringing any props that you think would assist your practice.
