Just back from 8 weeks in India, Mary will share the practices she learned while there with 4 Mondays of practice. Drop in for one or attend all classes.

Akhanda Yoga draws from thousands of years of yogic wisdom to create a holistic practice. This integrated system of yoga draws from diverse aspects of the yogic tradition, combining breath & movement in a balanced sequence of asana (posture), pranayama (breath work), relaxation, mantra, and meditation. Principles of yogic philosophy and life style are woven through classes, connecting students to a larger view of the lineage of yoga. Akhanda Yoga classes are inspired by the philosophy and teachings of Yogrishi Vishvketu and the World Conscious Yoga Family. Students of all levels are invited and encouraged to be lighthearted and connect with themselves through laughter and bliss during each class.
